Advena Living on Tenth is a beautiful skilled nursing community in Topeka, Kansas, that provides high-quality rehabilitation services and long-term care. We are centered around compassionate care for our community members and respect for their personal choices, in a comforting, safe environment that feels like home.

Advena is Latin for newcomer. Our company is built on welcoming newcomers to our communities and creating a culture that means “home” to them. Because our community members are considered part of our extended family, we give them the flexibility and freedom to live the life they want, while providing the person-centered care they need.

We have a special relationship with the Veterans Administration of Northeast Kansas and have proudly provided care for more than 20 years to those who have served.

My mother Nina was there for rehabilitation related to a CVA. The staff was amazing and they treated me with kindness and professionalism. After her stay she went home and is thriving. Thank you all for the great care. Five stars!

We have had a wonderful experience with Fountainview. It is a great place with wonderful caring staff. We would highly recommend it!

The staff at Fountainview are very kind, gentle and thoughtful to both residents and family members, especially the service they provide with transportation going to and from doctors appointments etc. this is excellent and a big help.
